1 General Terms & Conditions

Bdtaka1 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. 2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with bdtaka1, you must register using accurate and complete information. Providing false details may result in account termination. Your full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and email address are required at the time of registration.

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

• After registration, you will be required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required.
• Your bKash/Nagad/Rocket number will be verified for payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — bdtaka1 will never ask for your password.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals on bdtaka1. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the platform.

• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (except where otherwise approved).
• Verification may be requested if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

4 Bonus & Promotions Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.

• In the event of an odds error, bdtaka1 reserves the right to void or re-settle the relevant bet.
• Some bets may be voided due to delays in live betting — this is part of our system integrity measures.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, the bet will be refunded (subject to specific conditions).
• For accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the overall odds will be recalculated.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or manipulation of any kind will be voided.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtaka1 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Intimidating, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
